On December 11, 2025, auctions were held for 3 lots, including 9 units of property, which were successfully sold. The total amount of sales at the end of the auction amounted to 824,470 tenge.
In addition, we would like to inform you that the terms of sale and purchase for these lots have not yet been concluded, and payment has not been received from the winners of the auction.
On December 12, 2025, the auction for the object of the built-in non-residential premises located at the address: Astana, Mukhamedkhanova St., building 5, n. 42, 7th floor, was declared invalid due to the absence of registered participants.
The management company will continue to sell the returned assets in strict accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensuring the transparency of electronic trading and equal access for all participants.
