In 2005, he graduated from E. A. Buketov Karaganda State University with a degree in jurisprudence, in 2008 he graduated from Karaganda economic University with a master's degree in jurisprudence.
He began his career in 2006 and worked in the prosecutor's offices of the Karaganda region and Astana city until 2015. He also served as the head of the department for supervision of the implementation of laws on entrepreneurship at the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the following years, he managed several private companies and gained extensive experience in the field of entrepreneurship.
In 2021-2023, he was the Managing Director of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken". During this time, he also served as the Head of the Office of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.

- President of the Judo Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Deaf Athletes.
- Vice President of the National Deaflympics Committee since 2023.
