Auction is a form of trading in which participants publish their offers in electronic format on the e-Qazyna web portal. An auction can be held in two ways: by raising or lowering the price. The first auction always begins with an increase in price, and subsequent auctions can begin with a decrease in price. If the auction is declared unsuccessful, the asset can be leased or transferred to trust management.

A private sale is the transfer of ownership of assets to state bodies or organizations based on decisions made by asset management bodies. It is usually carried out without public bidding or auctions and involves the transfer of assets that can be used for state needs or social projects.

To participate in the auction, you must register on the e-Qazyna web portal, submit an application, and enter a guarantee fee. Individuals and legal entities can participate in the auction. The participant who offers the best conditions or the highest price for the asset is recognized as the winner of the auction.

  1. Register on the E-Qazyna web portal.
  2. Select the asset you are interested in and familiarize yourself with the auction terms.
  3. Apply to participate and enter your guarantee fee.
  4. Please participate in the auction at the specified time.
  5. After the auction is over, sign the results report and the purchase and sale agreement.
  1. After winning the auction, a protocol on the results of the auction is signed.
  2. Prepare the necessary documents to complete the transaction.
  3. Sign the purchase and sale agreement within 10 calendar days.
  4. Ensure payment and insurance for the asset before the transaction is completed.

Before putting an asset up for auction, the management company orders a licensed appraiser to appraise it. The appraisal is conducted in accordance with the laws of the country where the asset is located. Based on the appraisal, the initial (preliminary) price announced at the auction is determined.

  1. After registering on the E-Qazyna portal, select the asset you are interested in.
  2. Get acquainted with the information about the auction, the terms of the auction, the date and time of the event.
  3. Prepare the necessary documents and upload them to the system.
  4. Deposit the security deposit into the specified bank account.
  5. Apply for participation and wait for confirmation from the management company.

If the auction is deemed unsuccessful (for example, due to the lack of bids), the management company may hold a new auction with a reduced starting price. The asset may also be transferred to lease or trust management. The management company will notify participants of further actions via the e-Qazyna portal.

  1. After winning the auction, sign the protocol on the results of the auction.
  2. The management company will send you a payment invoice, which must be paid within the specified period.
  3. Deposit the payment for the asset into the specified bank account.
  4. Please provide payment documents from the management company.
  5. Sign the purchase and sale agreement and take ownership of the asset.
