1. Public procurement
The Limited Liability Company Returned Assets Management Company purchases goods, works and services in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement" dated July 1, 2024 № 106-VIII SAM and the Rules for Public Procurement approved by Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 9, 2024 № 687.

2. Procurements carried out in accordance with the internal procurement rules of «Returned Asset Management Company» LLP
Procurement of goods, works and services within the framework of activities to manage, ensure the safety and implementation of returned assets in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On the Return of Illegally Acquired Assets to the State» is carried out through the Eurasian electronic portal «Mitwork» in accordance with the internal regulations of «Returned Asset Management Company» LLP on the procurement of goods, works and services for returned assets.
